ResponsibilitiesPOSITION SUMMARY:The role of the Team Lead PRM is to assist Department Director in the following areas: Support the skill development of the team, assist in development of process flow documents (data analytics, business planning templates, new hire onboarding learning packets), serve as the PRM mentor for New Hires, assist in PRM enterprise projects when applicable. This role will always be secondary to their core focus which is their home hospital. The lead position will not exceed 20% of PRM's work hours. This role will little to no additional travel (coaching completed through phone calls/webinars). This is an addition to the PRM duties.Develops and maintains strong relationships with Physicians/Practices in a defined service area through consistent, strategic field call strategies. Works cohesively with leadership and internal service line Administrators to drive and sustain growth in procedural services aligned with the Local, Regional, and Enterprise business plans. Participates in strategic planning and identification of physician targets to achieve this growth through utilization of UHS's data analytic tools. Delivers prospective business plans and retrospective performance to leadership on a quarterly basis. Responsible for both field visits to physicians and referral staff in offices, as well as regular interaction with facility executive Leaders and service line Administrators.QualificationsQUALIFICATIONS:1. Excellent interpersonal skills as well as proven ability to deal effectively with all levels of employee throughout a healthcare system.2. Ability to communicate effectively and gain credibility with Physicians and staff. Demonstrate skill cultivate relationships by building affinity and loyalty of referral sources over time.3. Demonstrated ability to understand the larger vision of the organization in the changing healthcare environment.4. A professional image reflected in appearance, and behavior.5. Willingness to accommodate physician's schedules, which may occasionally fall outside standard office hours.6. Must demonstrate commitment and adherence to STHS's Compliance Program and Code of Conduct7. through compliance with all policies and procedures, the Code of Conduct, attendance at required training and immediately reporting suspected compliance issue(s) to the Compliance Officer8. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field required. Master's degree preferred.9. Minimum 3-5 years working experience in Healthcare setting. Experience with Physician Relations, Business Development, and or Strategic Planning preferred.10. Excellent interpersonal skills as well as proven ability to deal effectively with all levels of employee throughout a healthcare system.
EDUCATION / LICENSURE:1. Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or related field. . Master's degree preferred.2. Minimum 3-5 years working experience in Healthcare setting. Experience with Physician Relations, Business Development, and or Strategic Planning preferred.
