uncover needs, urgency, and budget. Present stunning solutions for
kitchens, custom closets, garage storage, and home organization
systems using Total Kitchen Makeovers premium products and proven
processes . Guide clients with clarity and confidence through the
decision-making process. Close sales on the first visit and submit
clean, production-ready jobs. Manage your schedule effectively
while supporting your team. Who You Are Youre not looking for just

of success. Minimum 3 years of B2C sales experience . Tech-savvy
with iOS devices and sales software tools. Hands-on knowledge of
home improvement projects (preferred). Naturally competitive,
disciplined, and self-motivated. Creative and detail-oriented with
strong design instincts. Personable, persuasive, and able to
connect quickly with customers. Must have a clean driving record
and pass a background check. Compensation & Benefits $120,000 to
$300,000 per year (commission-based, uncapped). Paid training and
