[Customer Service / Remote] - Anywhere in U.S. / Up to $29 per
hour / PST schedule - As a Customer Support Specialist you'll:
Build the parent and sitter support experience by handling inbound
requests (text, sometimes email); Oversee dispatch operations;
Troubleshoot and flag issues when market is out of balance or the
product doesn't work as intended; Build relationships that drive
retention; Provide insights and recommendations to partner orgs;
