Job Description:
Work-from-home call center job helping people - no nights, no
weekends and a WEEKLY PAYCHECK! All equipment is provided to you
and there is a $1,000 BONUS after only 3 months of working.
---** IMPORTANT NOTE: You MUST live within 40 miles of Edinburg, TX
and have reliable transportation because THE FIRST 5 DAYS of
training will take place on-site IN PERSON at the Edinburg call
center. You're then sent to work from home. ***
$$PAY$$
== Paid Training up to $15/hr if your are bilingual
(Spanish/English), $14/hr English only
== Incentive Bonus! After 3 months on the job you're awarded a
$1,000 BONUS (in one lump sum)
== Eligible for benefits (401k, vision, dental, etc. after 60 days)
and bonuses and pay increases over time
REQUIREMENTS:
Must be capable of training on-site for 5 days between 8am - 5pm,
M-F.
Must be capable of working ANY schedule between the hours or 8am -
6:30pm, M-F once training concludes. Schedule is full time = 40
hours/wk
Must live within 40 miles of Edinburg, TX and have reliable
transportation.
Must be capable of working from home after week 1 in a quiet
workspace (no background noise or distractions)
Must have high-speed internet (not satellite)
Must be capable of working ANY schedule between the hours or 8am -
6:30pm, M-F
Must be able to communicate with callers, colleagues and your
employer in a professional and courteous manner at ALL TIMES.
Must be willing to commit to not missing ANY work during the 8-9
week training (all paid).
JOB OVERVIEW: Answer inbound calls from Texas residents reaching
out to the State of Texas Health & Human Services offices because
they need help. They are attempting to apply for state level
benefits like Food Stamps and Medicaid with your help. You---d
answer questions about how to apply and provide application status
updates.
