The Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) is an exempt
position responsible for maintaining excellent clinical standards
set forth by BlueSprig. This role also serves as both external and
internal relationship management to maximize the outcomes for
children with developmental delays, disabilities, and autism
spectrum disorder (ASD). The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for
the creation and oversight of the implementation of treatment
programs based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis
(ABA). The Clinical Supervisor role is a key position within the
BlueSprig organization, building strong relationships with clients,
employees, and other stakeholders to provide excellence in ABA

Create and oversee the implementation of treatment programs based
on the principles of ABA.
Provide family guidance that meets payor guidelines.
Develop and deliver specific intervention activities according to

How do I know my experience is a good
Master’s Degree or higher in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing with the
At least two years of related professional experience working with
children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
Experience in a multi-disciplinary team setting
Familiarity with the field of early intervention
Expert knowledge of scientifically-validated methodologies and
approaches found to benefit children with ASD.
Experience writing applied behavior analytic programs and analyzing

Familiar with current related research findings.
Expertise in all empirically evaluated assessment and intervention
strategies related to program and service delivery for individuals
Understanding of insurance practices within the medical
