SUMMARY & PURPOSE OF POSITION:The Junior Processor provides processing support to a team of processors, as well as performs data entry and audit of loans that are submitted. The Junior Processor assists with pipeline management and ensures compliance requirements are met. Additionally, they will provide support gathering all supporting documentation to submit to initial processing.POSITION-SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:--- Completes data entry of required fields in LOS--- Gathers required documents and uploads into LOS --- Completes required verifications of files including Employment, Income, Assets, etc.--- Requests tax transcripts and orders third party services from vendors --- Performs other duties as assigned by managementSKILLS, ABILITIES, EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:--- Excellent customer service skills--- Ability to function in a team environment with co-workers and internal and external partners--- Excellent written and verbal communication skills --- Organizational skills with an emphasis on high quality and attention to detail --- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work well under deadlines --- Experience with Microsoft Office --- Experience with Encompass is a plus --- High School Diploma or GED --- At least one year of mortgage experience preferred
