Customer Support Representative: Provide exceptional customer
support to residential telecommunications clients, acting as the
primary liaison for all inquiries and issues. Engage with customers
actively, attentively listening to their concerns, and immediately
provide effective and pertinent solutions to their issues in
real-time. Foster and cultivate strong, reliable relationships
founded on trust and mutual respect with both customers and brokers
alike. Maintain detailed and accurate logs of all customer
interactions, including inquiries, issues reported, troubleshooting
steps taken, and resolutions provided. Provide exceptional customer
support by professionally resolving telecommunications customer
complaints, ensuring complete customer satisfaction and loyalty.
