Job Description:
Touchstone Communities is seeking a dedicated Weekend RN
Supervisor to join our team in providing high-quality care to our
senior residents. This role is crucial for maintaining the
continuity of care over the weekend by supervising nursing staff
and ensuring that all patient care activities are performed
according to our standards. The ideal candidate will have a passion
for geriatric care and a proven ability to lead a team in a
fast-paced environment. Oversee nursing staff and coordinate
patient care over the weekend. Ensure compliance with all
healthcare regulations and Touchstone's standards. Manage patient
care plans and adjust as needed. Supervise staff and provide
immediate feedback and coaching. Attend to any urgent issues and
escalate them to appropriate departments. Collaborate with
interdisciplinary teams to provide holistic care. Document all care
and supervisory activities accurately. Strong leadership and
organizational skills In-depth knowledge of geriatric care and
nursing practices Proficient in using healthcare software and
patient management systems Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills Ability to respond effectively to emergencies
401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Texas BLS/CPR
certification Gerontological Nursing certification preferred
