Registered Nurse (RN) | Neonatal Intensive Care Unit Location: Brownsville, TX Agency: Revolution Healthcare Services Pay: $1,802 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/16/2026 About the Position Job Opportunity – NICU Registered Nurse – Texas Start Date: February 16, 2026 Location: Brownsville, Texas Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants Schedule: Day and night shifts available; minimum 6 weekend shifts per month (Friday-Sunday). Patient ratios of 1:1 to 1:3 depending on acuity. Highlights: 10-bed NICU with an additional 8-bed step-down unit Level III-IV NICU experience with complex case mix including high-frequency oscillatory ventilation, SiPAP, central lines, and ventilator support EMR system: CPN/Meditech Collaborative team environment with charge nurse and up to 4 RNs per shift Opportunity to work with advanced neonatal equipment including HFOV, HFNC, feeding and IV pumps May float to newborn nursery as needed Requirements: Current RN license Minimum 4 years of NICU experience (Level III-IV preferred) Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification required STABLE certification required Experience with high-acuity neonatal patients and advanced life support equipment Why It's a Great Opportunity: This is an excellent opportunity to join a dedicated neonatal team that values collaboration, proactive care, and a willingness to support one another.
