Physical Therapists to provide home-based rehabilitative care,
focusing on patient recovery and support. This part-time role in

qualifications as established by APTA Licensed to practice Physical
Therapy in state of occupancy Must hold an Associates degree in the
field of Physical Therapy from an accredited program Current valid
BLS CPR card Reliable transportation, valid driver's license and
