Job Description:
An Oncology clinic is looking to bring on an Infusion Registered
Nurse to join the Weslaco, TX site. This person will be responsible
for facilitating clinical operations and patient care. This person
will need to provide professional nursing care for the safety and
well-being of Texas Oncology's patients. They will need to be able
to adhere to policies and procedures addressing the care outlines
in infusion and nursing services and state law regulations. They
will manage patients' medication, know what side effects to look
for, and how to appropriately collaborate with staff. This person
will manage vascular access devices, evaluate progress towards
goals, and make recommendations to physicians for changes based on
the patients' needs.
