Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and
minimum 1 years Special Education Teacher experience required.

considered. An opportunity is available for an Elementary Special
Education Teacher to serve students in a K-12 school setting. This
full-time, on-site contract position offers a chance to make a
significant impact on the educational development of students with
special needs. Serving a diverse student population, the role
focuses primarily on creating and implementing individualized
education programs (IEPs) tailored to support each students unique
learning abilities. Location: McAllen, TX Fully onsite with a
standard 37.5-hour weekly schedule Contract position for the
current school year (CSY) Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and
monitor individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with
special education needs Collaborate with general education
teachers, therapists, and parents to support student progress and
inclusion Adapt instructional materials to meet the diverse needs
of students across the K-12 spectrum Maintain accurate records of
student progress and communicate updates regularly with
stakeholders Manage a fully onsite caseload, ensuring active
engagement and consistent support for assigned students
Qualifications and Experience: Valid teaching certification in
Special Education Experience working with elementary-aged students
in a special education setting, preferably within K-12 schools
Ability to design and implement effective instructional strategies
for students with diverse learning needs Strong communication and
collaboration skills to work effectively with educators, families,
and support staff Commitment to fostering an inclusive and
